| Colorado Rafting Association members make efforts to run safe and exciting trips. They provide safety and instructional talks before each trip. It is your responsibility to follow those instructions. All outdoor adventure activities, including rafting and fishing rivers and lakes, involve elements of risk. If you have any physical concerns, please consult your physician about your adventure with one of our members. The Colorado Rafting Association and its members do not assume liability for personal injuries or death. You must sign an acknowledgment of risk participant agreement prior to your trip. |
